Returns:
Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately Be.JOY does not offer returns. However, we always want our customers to be satisfied with their order! If you are unsatisfied with your candle, please contact us via the Contact Us page.
Damages or Defects:
Please inspect your items carefully upon arrival. We will replace candles purchased on our website that are damaged in transit within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us via the Contact Us page and tell us what item(s) are damaged and provide photos. Include your order number and customer information as well. Be.JOY will provide a return label for damaged or defective items.
